In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order, for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid) within 7 working days of your order. You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.


If for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items that were delivered to you, we will accept them back, unworn/ unwashed and in saleable condition within 30 working days of delivery, and you will receive a full refund minus any postage costs.

Exceptions: Clearance items and Pre Loved items can not be returned or exchanged.


You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error, and it is always strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.
